From a space’s Members tab, click a member’s name to open their detail page. It shows that member’s sessions on the space’s apps, any sessions that need attention, and any apps they built in the space. The page is for people who manage the space, so it shows things the member doesn’t see about themselves, such as moderation flags.

Who can see it

Space owners and managers can open member detail pages in their spaces. Organization Owners can open them in every space in the organization. Members can’t.

How to open it

1

Open the space

Go to the space you want to look at.
2

Open the Members tab

The table lists everyone in the space, with their role, apps built, last active date, total sessions, total messages, and flags.
3

Click a member's name

Their detail page opens on the Sessions tab. To jump straight to their flagged sessions instead, click the number in the Flags column.

What you’ll see

Header The member’s name, email, and organization, plus Active and the date of their latest session on this space’s apps. If any of their sessions were flagged, a badge shows the count, such as 2 flags. Each flag is one flagged session, not one message. Needs attention This section appears only when the member has flagged sessions in the space. Each row shows the flag categories as badges (for example Self-harm, PII High Risk, or Inaccurate), the session date, and the app. Click View session › to open that session at the messages that need attention. Sessions tab The member’s sessions on this space’s apps, newest first. Each row shows the app, the date (hover for the time), the message count, and badges for any user-flagged or moderated messages. Click a session to read the full transcript on the right. Filter by Apps or Date Range, or turn on Needs attention to show only flagged sessions. The Builder toggle shows or hides sessions from builder previews, and Jump to messages that need attention opens each session at its flagged messages. Apps Built tab Apps the member built in this space, with App name, Status, Created, and Last updated. The tab label shows how many there are. If members can’t build in this space, the empty state links to Space settings so you can turn building on.

Across the whole organization

Organization Owners also have an org-wide member page. Under Admin in the left sidebar, select Members, then click a member. Its tabs are Spaces, Apps Built, Apps Used, and Sessions, and they cover the member’s activity across your organization rather than one space.

When to use this view

A few patterns: Escalation. Playlab flagged a session. You want the surrounding context, including the student’s other sessions in the space. Monitoring. A class is running an extended project. You check in weekly on each student’s sessions with the apps for the unit. Supporting a struggling student. A student isn’t engaging with the app. You read their sessions to find what’s getting in the way. Year-end review. You look back over each student’s sessions and the apps they built in the space.
